The entrance is directly from the cul-de-sac into the living area: fitted kitchen, living room, dining room and WC. At the far end of the room is a courtyard shared with the ground-floor neighbors.

The 2 bedrooms, study and bathroom (with WC) are located in the basement.

One of the bedrooms has a double bed (160cm) and a TV.

The other room sleeps 4: a double bed (120cm) and two single beds (90cm), including a bunk bed and a pull-out bed. These 4 berths are designed for children or adults of moderate build.

Passenger access

The entire apartment is accessible except for the dressing room (which contains our personal belongings since we live in this apartment) and the cellar.
